Order Cancellation Policy

EmbroideryPatchesUK being very exceptional with customer satisfaction and experience ensures no order is ever cancelled. In case of an order, cancellation due to lacking our service, we suggest clients discuss it with the customer support team before cancelling the order. However, if the customer has made up their mind and wants to cancel an order, the following order cancellation policies shall be applicable:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Order cancellation requests placed after 24 hours shall not be approved.
• For order cancellation, one needs to reach out via email.
• We take up to 24 hours to respond to order cancellation requests.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled as the customization is done as per the client’s preferences and the cancelled order will be of no use to us.
• A clear reason needs to be stated for getting the order cancelled.
• We hold the right to reject an order cancellation request.
• Customer’s active participation is very important throughout for getting order cancelled by us.
